1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Kalika website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Product Information
We aim to display products as accurately as possible. Actual colors and textures may vary slightly because of screen settings and the handcrafted nature of apparel.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR. Prices may change without notice. Payments must be made in full through the secure Razorpay gateway before orders are processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 7 to 9 business days across India. We aim for timely delivery, but external logistics delays can occur.
5. Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements are accepted only for manufacturing defects, damaged products, or incorrect items. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including designs, logos, images, and product presentation, belongs to Kalika and is protected by copyright laws.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
