Orders & Payments

We accept secure payments through Razorpay including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.

Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Razorpay with encrypted payment protection.

Please contact support with your payment reference, registered email or phone number, and transaction screenshot. Our team will verify the order quickly.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 9 business days across India.

Tracking details will be shared by email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown during checkout before payment.

Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A replacement may be arranged after our team verifies the issue, subject to product availability.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

Products & Availability

Product images are displayed as accurately as possible. Slight color variation can happen because of screen settings.

Out-of-stock products may be restocked later depending on fabric and production availability.
