Attention Required

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement requests. Claims without a valid video cannot be processed.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For your safety and to process any claim, customers must record a continuous unboxing video. The video should start before the seal is broken and clearly show the shipping label and all sides of the package.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only when the product received is physically damaged or the incorrect item was delivered. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

3. Reporting Timeframe

Any issue must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for review.

4. Verification Process

Our team will review the unboxing video and product photos. Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Replacements are subject to product availability.
